​Joe Mantz Joins Collier Walsh Nakazawa as an Associate

​

Collier Walsh Nakazawa LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Joe Mantz as an

Associate in the Firm's Seattle office.​

​

A Seattle native, Joe earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. During law school, he served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Michelle L. Peterson of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and as an Extern with the U.S. Department of Justice, Aviation, Space & Admiralty Litigation Section, Civil Division, Torts Branch.

Before entering the legal profession, Joe spent more than a decade at sea. A graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy, he holds an active U.S. Coast Guard Second Mate Unlimited License. Upon graduation, he accepted a commission as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, where he served on active duty for 13 years. During his naval career, Joe led mid-sized teams in the operation and maintenance of ships and complex weapons systems.
