We remain in full operation and are ready, as ever, to respond to emergencies and casualties. Do not hesitate to reach out to us—even if outside what used to be “normal” business hours. We’re ready!
Commitment: We are committed to protecting our team while continuing to provide our clients with seamless, reliable and high-quality service during these trying times.
Team members are equipped and well-versed to work remotely with full and complete access to files and systems.
We are flexing work hours so team members can attend to children and other personal issues which may arise during the crisis.
Team members are positioned and scheduled to accept deliveries and mail (service of pleadings, etc.) in all circumstances.
CWN personnel have limited restrictions for non-essential travel and non-essential in-person meetings.
We have restricted outside visitors to our offices whenever possible.
Cybersecurity/Cyber-awareness: During crisis such as these, cybersecurity threats increase. Phishing scams and malicious links are seeking to exploit “COVID-19” fears and uncertainty. Our systems are accessed through secured connections and supported around the clock by our IT team. The latest and emerging threat schemes identified by the Central CA Area Maritime Security Committee (AMSC), Cybersecurity Subcommittee are reviewed and circulated to keep our team alert and ever vigilant in practicing good cyber hygiene.
Community Awareness: We remain supportive and in full compliance with federal, state and local government guidelines and directives. We are embracing social distancing protocols and limiting in-person interactions. We continue to monitor developments and will adjust accordingly.
