Ellen represents international shipping, energy, industrial companies and their underwriters on maritime, oil & gas and environmental law issues, including litigation matters, incident investigations and pollution response. Ellen has significant experience in complex litigation and mass actions on behalf of Fortune 500 corporations stemming from products liability, toxic tort and environmental contamination.

 

Ellen also advises and represents clients on regulatory matters and development projects involving permitting and compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the defense

During law school, Ellen served as an Extern for Justice Alex McDonald on the 4th District Court of Appeals.s.
