Victoria joined Collier Walsh Nakazawa in 2023. Victoria's practice focusses primarily on business litigation as well as commercial and energy law. Victoria graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University Rick J. Caruso School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2022. While in law school Victoria served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Roger T. Benitez of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Victoria also served as the Secretary of the Student Bar Association and as an active member of the Environmental Law Society.

Drafting exclusive importation and distribution agreements for the international exchange of goods.

Advising energy company as to rights under Terminal Services Agreement.

Providing shipping companies advice regarding their rights under federal shipping policies and ensuring compliance with Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) regulations and statutes.

Advising clients on environmental law issues to ensure compliance with the national Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the Clean Water Act.
